My Work
My work lives at the intersection of health, human rights, and community.
For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside youth, grassroots leaders, researchers, and community organizers to center the lived experiences of those most impacted by systemic inequities, particularly in the spaces of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). I believe in research that’s accountable to the communities it serves, in programs that are built with, not just for, and in creating systems change from the ground up.
My background in global development, human rights, and perinatal mental health informs everything I do—from policy advocacy and participatory research to full-spectrum doula care, counselling, and sex education.
Whether I’m leading community-based research, designing health equity programs, or building space for care and connection, my goal is always the same: to support people in claiming their power and accessing the care they deserve.
This page offers a glimpse into that work. It’s a living archive of projects, partnerships, and possibilities rooted in justice, collaboration, and care.
