Support that meets you where you are

Relationally Rooted Radical Care

Working with me means entering a space grounded in radical care, relationality, and deep respect for your lived and living experience.

I offer a human-centered, trauma-informed approach that is compassionate, casual, and non-authoritarian. I meet you where you are with honesty, warmth, and humor and support you in moving toward where you want to be.

I bring both professional and lived experience into the room. I draw on my journey through solo parenthood in my perinatal work and have deep roots in activist spaces centered on sexual and reproductive health and justice.

I’m committed to ongoing growth, regularly engaging in learning & unlearning opportunities to deepen my practice.  I strive to bring curiosity, humility, and an ever-developing anti-oppressive lens to my work.

In our work together, I will challenge harmful systems and internalized narratives, name difficult truths with care, and always center your autonomy. If you’re seeking a space where complexity is welcomed, authenticity is honored, and you can be fully seen, you’re in the right place.

Identity, Systemic Harm, & Affirming Care

Our identities don’t exist in a vacuum, they are shaped, celebrated, and often in relation to larger systems. Whether you’re processing experiences of marginalization, exploring who you are or who you want to be, or delving into the impact of systemic oppression, I approach our work with a deep respect for your lived experience and a liberatory lens.

I often work with a number of folks across intersecting identities. This includes 2SLGBTQQIA+, Disabled, and Neurodivergent folks, survivors of trauma and abuse, sex workers, people living with HIV, and people accessing or engaging with systems of power and control.

Trauma, Regulation, & Connecting with Self

Living with trauma can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our needs, our sense of self, and the world around us. I know this not just through  my professional experience and education, but from lived experience. Through a trauma-informed and relational lens, I’ll hold space for you to reconnect with your inner voice and build trust in yourself.

Reproductive & Perinatal Mental Health

I have training and experience supporting folks through the nuances perinatal journeys have to offer. This includes family building, fertility journeys, pregnancy, reproductive health choices, abortion, loss, postpartum, and parenting, as well as those who are uncertain about parenthood or navigating the complex decision of whether or not to have children.

I also bring my background as a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Sex Educator to this work as well as my lived/living experience navigating unexpected solo parenthood.

How does this work? Where do I start?

I offer a free consultation as a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll begin the session by ensuring that we’re on the same page on important topics such as confidentiality and the risks and benefits of counselling. Then we’ll talk about what brings you to counselling and discuss any questions or concerns you might have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, there’s no pressure to “have it all figured out.” At the end of the session we’ll talk next steps. This includes giving you time to figure out if you want to continue working together, sending referrals for other practitioners if they may serve you better, or talking next steps if you feel ready to jump in.

Whether you choose to continue or just wanted to explore your options, you’ll be met with respect and care.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the full session fee. A one-time grace is offered for late cancellations, and genuine emergencies are handled with care.
