Hi, I’m Rae!
Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Professional
After a decade of experience working in community-based initiatives, I shifted my focus and training to supporting individuals one-on-one. While my passion for advocacy and change remains the same, I now provide more personalized support, helping individuals navigate challenges, set goals, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I call myself “integrative/eclectic” meaning that I draw from multiple approaches, perspectives, and disciplines to blend ideas and strategies to find the best fit for each situation.
Social justice, feminist, intersectional, and systemic frameworks guide my work. I pull from relational, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approaches, as well as the innate belief that everyone is the expert in their own experience. Together, we’ll explore and collaborate using your own strengths.
Over the years I’ve lended my expertise to a number of organizations including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Hubs (SRHR Hubs), The Canadian Partnership for Women and Children’s Health (CanWaCH), Perinatal Wellbeing Ontario, and the Mental Health Accessibility and Policy Solutions Lab (MAPS) Lab.
